Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
We understand that finding the perfect fit is an important part of your experience with Daami. If your garment does not fit as expected, we would be happy to offer a one-time size exchange.
Please note that shipping charges for exchange requests will be borne by the customer.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos of the issue. After reviewing the concern, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund where applicable.

Important Notes
- All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchange requests.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
